NarraTricks UG runs community evenings in Germany for diaspora and underrepresented students and professionals who are upskilling toward one of two routes: becoming employable in the German market, or building something of their own. Each evening puts the audience in a room with operators and experts who actually do the work in question, either on the hiring side or on the building side, for three hours of working conversation. Why NarraTricks does this: The day-to-day work is with startup founders and leaders, especially those from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds, including people of colour, queer professionals, and people with visible and invisible disabilities. The community evenings carry the same mission upstream, to students and talents who haven't yet reached their employable or founder stage. About NarraTricks: NarraTricks offers communications consulting for the startups and founders, and Vijay Shankar Balakrishnan, Founder of NarraTricks operates as a Fractional CCO.
